Changes and returns of products:

We are committed to making your order to your liking. However, if you need to make a product change, we are here to help you with that. You can write or call us at 954136181

Important:

If you wish to exchange for another product of greater value, you must pay the difference.

If the product is of lesser value than the total of the product to be exchanged, you should try to consume the remaining balance in other products. Otherwise, the difference will not be refundable in cash or in a credit note.

The dispatch of the new product will be made once we have received the initial product in our warehouse and the same times of a regular delivery will apply.

All products must be delivered with their original labels and packaging without signs of use.

Please note that the following are not applicable to product exchanges:

  • Orders with more than 7 days of receipt of the purchase order.
  • Products of the categories: Jewellery, Masks or consumer categories (for reasons of hygiene and nature of the product)
  • Products in Liquidation or discounts.
  • Products with signs of use, without label or packaging.

The following cases do apply to product changes:

  • Product delivery error.
  • Defective products or with manufacturing defects.
  • Change for another size or another model (subject to stock of the desired size or model.

Product Changes - Metropolitan Lima

The change procedure is as follows:

  • Contact our customer service area: 954136181
  • Details the reason for change of change. If necessary, attach images of the product.
  • If it is a valid change, tell us for which product you want to make the change to verify inventory availability.
  • The place of product change will be prior coordination with Customer Service. The change can be made in one of our stores or the registered address.
    • In case of changes in the store: you must bring the product to exchange, it will be reviewed by our store team to verify the status of the product.
    • In case of change in address: you must deliver the products to the Courier who will verify the status of the product.
  • Once the product has been accepted by the store team or the courier, we will deliver the new requested product.
  • Changes and returns in Metropolitan Lima have no additional cost.

Product changes - Province

The change procedure is as follows:

  • Contact our customer service area: 954136181
  • Details the reason for change of change. If necessary, attach images of the product.
  • If it is a valid change, tell us for which product you want to make the change to verify inventory availability.
  • To start the exchange procedure in the province, you must go to the nearest Olva Courier office and deliver the product you wish to exchange together with the proof of purchase. The package must be packed and labeled with the following information:

  • The shipment of the return package to our warehouse has a cost that will be assumed by the client (this amount will be determined by Olva)
  • Notify us that the product has been delivered to Olva by sending us a photo of the receipt that the Courier will give you.
  • Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its conditions and according to the results, a new product will be sent to you.

REFUND OF MONEY

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, contact us at 954136181 to help you return your money.

The following are not applicable to cash back:

  • Orders with more than 7 days of receipt of the purchase.
  • Products from the categories of Jewelry, Masks, Hearing Aids or consumer categories.
  • Products in Liquidation or discounts.
  • Products with signs of use, without label or packaging.

Consider:

  • The product must be returned to our warehouse in order to proceed with the refund of the money.
  • The charge for shipping costs will not be refundable.

The refund will be made depending on the payment method you have chosen.

  • Sales made with credit / debit cards, once processed, are made by the bank and have a process of 15 to 21 business days to return the cash.
  • If you made your purchase by Payment at Agents or Internet Banking, contact customer service to coordinate a deposit to a bank account. This has a time of between 3 to 10 business days after the deposit is coordinated.
