1) You skip breakfast

Skipping breakfast is one of the worst decisions you can make if you want to lose weight. Skipping breakfast puts your body into "survival" mode, which means you store all the calories you take in instead of burning them.

2) Not drinking enough water

When you are dehydrated, your body can interpret it as hunger and manifest itself through cravings. When you feel a desire coming, try to drink a glass of water first. If you're still hungry, make yourself a healthy snack.

3) Be tired to exercise

If you train at the end of the day, you will be too tired to do it and you will put it off. Exercises are best done early in the morning when you're fresh and energetic, plus it kickstarts your metabolism.

4) Having unhealthy snacks near you

If you have unhealthy sweets or unhealthy snacks near you, you could easily be tempted. Keep your house full of healthy snacks so you don't indulge in junk food when you're hungry.

5) Eating out a lot

When you are eating a dish prepared by someone else, it is difficult to know what they have prepared it with, many times they add a lot of salt, oil or sugar. Try to eat more inside the house and thus make sure that what you are eating is light and healthy.

6) Little sleep

Sleeping less causes weight gain, not loss, as it slows down your metabolism. Try to get 7-8 hours of restful sleep.
