Autumn is here and it's time to recover our hair from summer damage. Follow this routine and get ready for incredible hair.

1. Sleep with a silk cover on your pillow

If your pillow has a cotton cover, change it to a silk one. This reduces friction with your hair, which makes it less brittle and retains its moisture.

2. Moisturize it

Beautiful hair takes time. So if you want enviable hair, apply a moisturizing treatment at least once a week.

You do not have to use expensive products, try with some items that you have in your pantry.

3. Eat well

Yes, a good shampoo can help you nourish your hair, but hydration can also come from within. Incorporate a lot of protein, legumes and green vegetables into your diet. These foods will help your hair to be much healthier.

4. Cut it regularly

It is useless to leave your hair long if the ends are dry or damaged. Every three months visit your hairdresser to trim the damaged parts.

5. Reduce heat to a minimum

The heat from dryers, tweezers and straighteners can really damage your hair. If possible, try to take it natural to recover from excessive heat. This also goes for excessively water in the shower. Try washing your hair with lukewarm or cold water, as it will help seal in the nutrients from the shampoo and conditioner. If you must necessarily use an iron or dryer, include a product in your routine that protects your hair from the heat.

6. Be gentle when untangling

It is recommended to use a wide tooth comb to detangle your hair. But no matter what you wear, the most important thing is not to pull it and always comb your hair from the bottom up to avoid knots.

7. Do not touch your hair excessively

The friction of the hair with your hands can damage your hair or make it excessively greasy. Try to keep your hands out of your hair during the day.
